This Blog's Purpose and Background
This blog is for fans of the "Audit Man" one page comic strips created and written by Mike Cobb, Bob Doll and illustrated by Kent Vaughn.
To my knowledge there were only three such strips created but am interested in finding others if they exist and certainly if we can find Mssrs. Cobb and Vaughn we would like to thank them for this rare bit of Accounting silliness.

All three of the strips were written in the 1970's when the creators were working at the firm Seidman and Seidman in Memphis. Mike Cobb was involved in three strips (2 of which are here on this blog). The third is missing and was created after he left Seidman. In 2009, Mike Cobb was a partner in the Little Rock Arkansas firm of Cobb & Suskie.
